We are so excited to be hosting our THIRD annual NICE Halloween Event!!!
Please join us on Wednesday evening, October 28th at 7 pm.
Once again this year we will be making halloween goody bags for the residents of ARC. It is such a pleasure to be able to spoil these individuals on Halloween. Even though they are adults they are still child-like and love to get a surprise on Halloween!
Please bring candy donations (no nuts please) for at least 100 bags.
This year the event will be held at the new offices of The ASL Source. 718 Bridge Ave. Davenport, IA
Please RSVP to niceofqc@gmail.com
We look forward to seeing you!!!

Upcoming Events
Hey Everyone!
We've had our thinking caps on and we've planned a few more events and workshops for you.
In February we will have our 2nd annual Valentines Day Card event. All the cards will go to The University of Iowa Children's Hospital. Last year the kids and staff really enjoyed it so we are happy to do it again.
In March Amber and Summer will present a workshop on designing and following a professional development plan.
And in May we will have Linda Diehl-Callaway presenting a workshop on Discourse Mapping.

SUCCESS!
Thank you everyone for a wonderful weekend of events!
Friday night was full of lively and enlightening situations. We discussed our best and worst situations and one thing was evident. Interpreters are passionate about our work!
We were especially pleased to have several out of town attendees. They really added a great dimension to the discussion. Thanks for coming!
Saturday's workshop was great! David was an exciting presenter and although his ideas may be controversial to some, it made us think about this thing we do.
